This solution allows you to connect the Inbenta Chatbot API with 360 Dialog for the user to chat with the chatbot using Whatsapp as the channel.

In addition to connecting the two platforms, this integration also enables the transformation of all the HTML messages to show up as numbered options for the user to choose. This integration also allows the user to escalate the chat to an agent and chat with the agent through WhatsApp as well.
